Accounts and membership

Supabase processes the email address and password you submit to register or sign in, account identifiers, verification and sign-in information, and display names where provided. We use account information to authenticate players and provide support.

Stripe processes payment details on its payment pages. TakeMyRank uses customer, checkout, subscription, and payment-event identifiers, membership status, renewal/cancellation information, and access dates to deliver and support membership. Our membership database does not store your full card number or security code.

Account emails and support

Supabase and Resend process addresses and message content needed to send account confirmations and recovery emails. If you contact support, we receive your email and the information you include. Send only what is needed; never send passwords, full card numbers, or account recovery links.

Browser storage and technical information

Essential cookies and browser session storage support sign-in and protected-game access. Recovery uses short-lived browser information to match a reset link to your request. Some games save progress, scores, or collections locally. Clearing browser data can sign you out and erase local saves; it does not cancel a subscription or delete your account.

Hosting, account, payment, and email providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services. This can include IP addresses, browser/device information, timestamps, and request or error records. Providers may process information in countries other than your own and maintain records for their service, security, and legal purposes.

Camera hand controls

Squeeze requests video only after you enable its camera feature and grant permission; it does not request microphone audio. The game processes frames on your device to estimate hand movement. TakeMyRank’s camera code does not record or upload those frames or identify you from them. Turn the camera off in the game or revoke browser permission. The game also stops its camera when paused, hidden, or exited.

Google’s MediaPipe toolkit reports API usage and performance metrics to Google even though camera input is processed on-device. Read the MediaPipe privacy notice. Camera permission is not permission to publish your image.

Use and sharing

We use information to provide games, authenticate accounts, deliver membership, send account emails, respond to support requests, and maintain security. We share it with service providers as needed for those functions, including the hand-tracking toolkit described above, or as required by law or to address fraud and protect users and the service.

Your choices and requests

You can sign out, control camera permission, and clear locally saved game data. Contact takemyrank@gmail.com for account corrections, account/data-deletion requests, or privacy questions. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless an appropriate secure method has been arranged. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and law.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are different actions: tell support if you want both. Until renewal is canceled, deleting browser data alone does not stop billing.

Retention and security

Account and membership records support ongoing access. Some billing, security, support, and backup records may need to be retained after access ends for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or technical recovery. Retention varies by record and provider; no instant deletion from every provider or backup is promised. Contact support about your records and any applicable deletion exceptions.

Access controls protect accounts and membership information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Age and updates

TakeMyRank is for ages 13 and older. Players under 18 need guardian permission; membership purchases are for adults aged 18 or older. If an under-13 child has submitted personal information, contact takemyrank@gmail.com so we can investigate and address it.

Updates appear with a revised policy version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
