Who can play
Players must be at least 13. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian’s permission. Only adults aged 18 or older who are authorized to use the payment method may purchase membership. Do not register if you are under 13. Keep your account and password private.
Games and access
Checkers, Four-in-a-row, Snake, Darts duel, and Skyline slip are free. Pictures and descriptions of the 25 member games are available before purchase. Membership opens that collection during a verified paid period; it is not permanent ownership of the games.
Modes vary by game: solo play, computer challenges, or taking turns on one device. Live online multiplayer and online friend challenges are not currently included. Performance depends on your device and browser. Some progress is saved only on your device and may be lost when browser data is cleared.
Camera hand controls require a supported device and permission. They approximate movement rather than exactly reproduce a physical object. See our Privacy Notice.
Monthly membership
$9.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Membership renews automatically each month until you cancel renewal. The amount and billing frequency are shown before payment. This offer has no free trial, weekly plan, or annual commitment.
Stripe handles payment details. Access opens after payment and membership are verified. If payment completes but access has not appeared, refresh membership status or contact support. Do not buy a second subscription to try to unlock games.
Canceling renewal
Sign in, choose Manage membership, and complete cancellation in Stripe’s billing portal. Return and refresh your membership status to see the paid-through date. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the paid period. The five free games remain available afterward.
Signing out, closing the browser, or clearing site data does not cancel renewal. If you cannot access the cancellation control, contact takemyrank@gmail.com.
Refunds and billing problems
Membership payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not offer voluntary refunds or a money-back guarantee for changing your mind or unused time. Canceling renewal does not refund an existing charge. The website does not automatically issue refunds.
For duplicate or unauthorized charges, billing errors, or refunds required by law, contact takemyrank@gmail.com with your account email and a short explanation. Never send passwords or full card details. Contacting us is not a condition on exercising rights under applicable law or through your payment provider.
A completed, verified full refund of the current paid period ends paid access for that refunded period, but requesting a refund alone does not. A partial refund leaves the remaining paid month available. A refund of an older period does not remove a different, unrefunded paid period. Refunds do not permanently ban your account or remove the free games, and do not by themselves cancel future renewals.
Fair use and changes
Do not bypass membership checks, access someone else’s account, attack the service, or distribute games or artwork without the necessary permission. Playing does not transfer ownership of the site or its content.
Access may be restricted to address abuse, security incidents, or legal duties. Material changes to the paid offer will be communicated and handled as required by applicable law. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or permit charging for an undelivered service.
